yesterday, ron, julie and i cooked this awesome thai dinner based on the class i took in bangkok.
on the left:
- lonely shrimp, squid and corn cake awaiting sauce
- killer homemade pineapple sauce (this is just the best sweet/sour/spicy dipping sauce ever)
- “green” jasmine rice with peas, cilantro, scallions and cashews
- stir-fried dandelion greens
on the right:
- panang curry with chicken - so yummy! - made with from-scratch thai red curry paste (and boy is my arm tired)
